MYRON (“MIKE”) MEYERS has devoted his entire legal practice primarily to real estate related matters including land use, title issues, entitlements, real estate development, financing, construction, sales, leasing, and in finding and implementing solutions to problem real estate loans.
He has expertise in the creation of real estate related entities. As such Mike has been involved in a number of large and complex real estate projects, inclusive of all aspects of real estate purchase and sales, all stages of development, leasing and financing as well as foreclosure related issues. Mike has chaired seminars for the Bank Lending Institute, lectured at UCLA on real estate development and financing, and participated in CEB programs related to real estate development and financing. He is a member of the Association of Real Estate Attorneys and has acted as a member of the Attorney Committee if the Building Industry Association. He has arbitrated a number of real estate related matters as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and has appeared as an expert witness. He is the author of Foreign Investment In US Real Estate published by Dow-Jones and has written chapters in other real estate related publications. He chaired the Real Estate Dept of the Century City Firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler and Marmaro. Mr Meyers is now of counsel to Slovak Baron & Empey.
