Ms. Ozarowski is an associate in Slovak Baron & Empey’s litigation practice. Her work focuses on issues of civil commercial and business litigation including class actions, creditors’ rights, and toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Prior to joining Slovak Baron & Empey, Ms. Ozarowski gained substantial experience representing product manufacturers, contractors, distributors and premises owners in toxic tort related lawsuits in San Francisco, CA. Most recently, she has successfully advised and represented individual and corporate clients in all manner of business disputes including unfair competition claims and financial services and real estate litigation.
Ms. Ozarowski graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a dual degree in History and Political Science and obtained her J.D. from the University of Florida. While at UF, Ms. Ozarowski was named to the Dean’s List, was the Executive Research Editor of the Florida Journal of Technology Law and Policy, as well as being published in said journal, and received honor’s distinctions in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
