Mr. Ghidirmic’s business practice focuses on general corporate and real estate matters such as business entity planning and formation, entity governance issues, mergers & acquisitions, as well as business, real estate and commercial transactions. Mr. Ghidirmic graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies (2000), from Southwestern University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree (2004), and from University of San Diego School of Law with a Masters of Laws – Taxation degree (2006). He is admitted to practice law in California as well as Washington State. Mr. Ghidirmic is an avid tennis player, having competed at the university (Div. I) and professional level.
